Mr. Hill was a World War II veteran, serving in the Navy in the Pacific Theater as an Aerial Ordinance man.

Hill Plastering was established in 1951 by Donald Hill. Mr. Hill ran the company for nearly 45 years and completed a huge volume of work throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the Islands and Rhode Island.

During much of this time, he was also a full-time Police Officer with the Brockton Police Department retiring with 25 years of service. He retired completely in 1995.

His sons, Steve and David, who have worked in the business for many years, took over management of the business upon his retirement and run it to this day.
